Our extensive range of heavy duty machines and tooling provides us with the ability to terminate single wires from 0.5mm2 to 300mm2 in both solid and stranded variants.
With some of our heavy duty cable stripping and crimping services we can ultrasonically weld connectors to heavy duty crimps. This improves conductivity, removes need for a heavy and expensive crimp and reduces oxidisation of wire strands over time.
We currently supply heavy duty power cables, battery cables and meter tails, utilising quality terminals and tooling from manufacturers such as Amp (TE), Cembre, JST and Takbro to produce a range of assemblies suitable for standard high power requirements.
